Neil was the kind of person who lit up every room he walked into. His presence was impossible to miss, defined by contagious laughter, magnetic energy, and a true entrepreneurial spirit. He was an amazing chef, a go-getter with big ideas, and someone with an even bigger heart. Above all else, Neil loved the ocean—anything that put him near the water brought him pure joy.

Neil's Fight

On September 11, 2022, Neil was admitted to Hoag Hospital with extreme abdominal pain and was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis. The following day, he suffered cardiac arrest, during which his heart stopped for approximately 13 minutes. As a result, Neil sustained severe anoxic brain damage.

What followed was a nearly three-and-a-half-year fight marked by incredible strength, patience, and unwavering love. Neil was supported every step of the way by his family.

Neil passed away peacefully at the age of 32 on January 5, 2026. His parents were by his side in his final moments, and his brother Wesley was able to spend meaningful time with him just days before his passing.
